Terms & Conditions
The ‘total amount’ is intended as the sum of the grand total of the booking plus the 1000€ earnest/deposit.
The ‘partial amount’ is intended as the sum of the grand total of the booking without the 1000€ earnest/deposit.
At the moment of booking, a sum equal to 20% of the ‘partial amount’ must be paid by credit card.
The remaining part from the ‘total amount’ is automatically taken 4 weeks before arrival from the same payment method of the booking, please tell us in the booking notes or via e-mail if you prefer to use another method for the balance.
The 1000€ earnest/deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after a check of the conditions of the property, or in case of cancellation.
up to 60 days before date of arrival – 10% of the ‘partial amount’
from 60 to 30 days – 20% of the ‘partial amount’
from 0 to 30 days – 100% of the ‘partial amount’
